
AgoraCloud E-invoice (ACE)​
The Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) is rolling out mandatory e-Invoicing in phases for all commercial taxpayers, with the first phase set to begin on August 1, 2024.​


What is e-Invoice?​
E-Invoice is the Malaysian government’s initiative of converting traditional paper or electronic documents to a digital proof of transaction between a seller and a buyer.

Invoices generated from your billing system flow effortlessly into AgoraCloud E-Invoice (ACE), where they’re automatically validated for accuracy and compliance. Should any issues arise, ACE instantly alerts users and provides clear guidance to resolve them. Only error-free invoices are submitted to theIRBM for processing.
Once validated by IRBM, the e-Invoice—now stamped with a Unique Identifier Number—is routed back to ACE and delivered automatically to your customer.​
